It all depends on how long the translation is, how difficult it is, its layout, its urgency and other things. A legal translation is not an easy thing, it requires a lot of work, reviewing, many readings and checking of meanings and data. Consider that legalisation is an added time independent of the translator (normally a couple of weekdays).
